Returns
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Exchanges
- Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Exchange Process: To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired exchange item.
International Returns
- Customs Duties and Taxes: The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes associated with international returns.
- Lost or Damaged Returns: Speaking Ink is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Exceptions
- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will reimburse the return shipping costs.
- Please note: Speaking Ink reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
